Ginn Development is excited about its recent acquisition of over 26 acres of residential development land near the 18th St & NE 112th Ave intersection in the City of Vancouver. The property, one of the first developments to be completed under the City’s 112th Ave Corridor plan, will be developed over several phases.  When finished, the site is planned to consist of approximately 300 much needed residential units in the $250,000 to $300,000 range. Given the strong demand for this type of housing, the new homes at Four Seasons will help fill a housing shortage being experienced within the City of Vancouver. It will also provide jobs to many local companies during the next 2-3 years as Ginn moves through the development and building process.

The broader Four Seasons development was conceptualized and developed by the Al Angelo Company. Working closely with Angelo, the residential element of the Four Seasons Development will support and complement the current and future development of the Four Seasons Project. Additional phases of the project include additional mix-used and commercial development.
